MERTHYR COUNCIL CONSTITUTION. MONITORING OFFICER’S CON.
The Monitoring Officer is presenting a report to the next Full Council Meeting on 11th January 2023
I have been reporting for years that the Council has not been in compliance with its Constitution regarding the presentation of Minutes of Meetings for approval as a correct record of meetings.

Apparently, the Monitoring Officer thinks that the Counci is UNIQUE and, therefore requires a UNIQUE Constitution
