A UNIQUE CONSTITUTION FOR A UNIQUE COUNCIL FROM A UNIQUE MONITORING OFFICER

The following screenshots show a Report prepared by the Monitoring Officer on the NEW CONSTITUTION for consideration at the meeting of the Full Council on Wednesday 11th January 2023
I have also included some observations/comments in between the screenshots.

The word UNIQUE is used often in this report.
See 1.2. preserve continuity and retain many of the unique aspects of the Council’s existing constitution.
Why does the Council’s existing Constitution have many UNIQUE aspects.





Next I want to focus on how the Monitoring Officer has changed the Constitution regarding the approval of minutes.
